If you subscribed a Mopapp paid plan on July 6, for example, and chose a monthly billing, we'll automatically try to bill you every 6th day of the next month. If the credit card you registered with becomes invalid (because it expired, because you canceled it, or because it doesn't have available credit) your account becomes "delinquent".
When in delinquent mode, you'll see an alert message when you go into your control panel / dashboard, and you might receive emails that invite you to update your billing info. After 15 days of delinquent mode, your account will be suspended, and you won't be able to use the dashboard, charts and all other Mopapp features until you update your billing data with valid information so that the transaction is processed correctly.
Even if your account is suspended after the delinquent period, your data won't be deleted. Once a suspended account is reactivated you'll still see all your data.
