Sure you can. You'll be required to provide your credit card information again (since we don't personally store them, and since you're actually creating a new subscription plan and deleting the current one).
If you upgrade to a superior plan, for the current month you'll pay the normal plan price minus what you've already paid for the current plan. Starting the following month, you'll be billed the normal price for the new plan.
If you downgrade to an inferior plan (which costs less than the current one) we will calculate how much we should credit you for the time left for the already-paid current month. This credit will be used to partially or totally pay the new plan, until depleted.
Note that if you downgrade your subscription, your new subscription will be more limited, e.g. if you downgrade to the Starter plan sales history will go back one year only, and the number of downloads you will be able to track will be limited. The orders and sales data already retrieved will be kept within the limits of the plan you downgraded to.
