If you register a store account with wrong credentials, the crawler that should download your apps' sales and order information will fail the login and will not be able to get the data. When this occurs, you'll see an error message on the right-hand side of the My Account page, so that you can notice the problem and fix it by updating the credentials.
However, after three failed login attempts, the store account will be temporarily suspended: this means that the crawler will ignore it and will not try to download its sales. This is done so that it won't keep trying to login dozens or hundreds of times, because the store might interpret those frequent failed logins as brute-force account hijack attempts and might disable your store account.
To re-enable the store account registered in Mopapp, just click the link in the error message to update the store account with the correct credentials.
Note: If you don't want to provide your real credentials because you're not interested in automatic imports, don't provide wrong credentials. Instead, just select Manual as the Import type, and then upload the CSV files with the sales information.
